DECC this morning lost their appeal against the unlawfulness of their decision to reduce FITs from 12th December. We also understand that they were refused leave to appeal to the Supreme Court.
Where does this leave us? Well, we believe that all installations since 12th December and through until midnight on 2nd March will receive the 43.3p rate. No doubt there’ll be more clarification during the day, but if you’re considering PV now’s the time to do our survey as stock will suddenly start flying out of the supply chain, as before!
