Made it! Happy customers…

We’ve made it through to the 12th December! Thanks very much to our customers – who have also been busy making cups of tea, and generally being understanding on deliveries that move, kit that doesn’t show, and tweaks in specification when the inverter of choice just was not available (only once).

But we have been lucky with a group of customers who have supported us very well. Here are a few comments:

  • I would like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with you and all of your colleagues over the last few weeks, particularly given the difficulties arising from the ridiculous deadline imposed unexpectedly by the Government. The installation was carried out carefully in a thorough and professional manner, with good attention to detail. We have been very impressed. Please extend our appreciation to Darren. It is a rare event for us to be totally satisfied with work carried out on our property! We would be happy for you to use our installation as an example to prospective clients, as a written reference or to visit.
  • Thanks from .. for a great job done on the installation, and for all the backup support from your organisation. Dave and Darren were very professional and careful in their installation work, and the finished job looks really well. Good professional stuff.
  • I just wanted to thank you both and all your team for such a smooth and efficient install last week. It would of been difficult enough to achieve in normal circumstances, but in the atmosphere of panic that the government has managed to create, I think it was a terrific achievement to get finished on time and without any problems. Thanks very much.
  • Thanks to everyone for making the impossible happen, and especially to Jonny for the long hours to get here over the couple of days last week. I hope that you can get over the brunt of the changes that are undoubtedly about to face IWCTE post the 12th December deadline. I’m aware that [your partners] are a fairly new partner of yours, I’m pleased to be able to advise that they were a really good team, worked hard all day long – on a very long day, no moaning, and very much focused on the customers needs, so please pass my thanks to them.

Overall, its been very busy with plenty of twists and turns en route. Some jobs have been taxing. But the additional element has been the supply of equipment!

Part of our issues have been about ensuring we have the right equipment for each job. All the way down the supply chain, suppliers have been failing each other – and the result has been multiple deliveries, return trips to installations and the like. Difficult.

But as I said, we have got there! And amongst it all, we would like to say a big thank you to all our suppliers and contractors – particularly to Kristen, who other than accidentally sending a few jobs’ worth of kit to Cornwall, has been great amongst very difficult circumstances. Thanks very much to all!
